From TAR to the Calgary Stampede . . .

So I tuned in to the Calgary Stampede Parade yesterday and discovered the Grand Marshal(s) this year were none other than Jet and Cord McCoy, recent contestants on The Amazing Race.

I caught the bull riding event this afternoon and Cord was one of the competitors - unfortunately, he scored “no ride” as he was off within 4 seconds. I haven’t seen Jet compete yet.

All of a sudden the Stampede became more interesting!:smiley:

Sheesh, am I the only person that assumed TAR was the acronyn for the Tibetan Autonomous Region?

Jet isn’t competing from what I’ve heard, only Cord was.

Wish I could have taken the time off work to go to the Stampede Parade… I haven’t been in years. Darnit.
