The plan is to create a “humanitarian city” in gaza, get all gazan civillians to move there (presumably by a combination of making it the only place where aid is accessible and making the rest of gaza a free-fire zone) and then not allowing them to leave into the rest of gaza, only allowing them to emigrate out of the country entirely.

And the Gaza MOH have said that they haven’t been getting death numbers from the north for a number of months now. As bad as you are probably imagining it, the truth on the ground is much, much worse.

So every single hospital in Gaza have been put under siege, targeted, raided, shot at and bombed multiple times. Sometimes, those hospitals have been turned into IDF staging points or outposts. Sometimes they have even been destroyed.
So the evidence that these hospitals were “legitimate military targets” should be extensive. That they were being used as “military bases of operations”, there should be dossiers for every single attack. They would have been presented to the international media, to the ICJ, to the ICC, to the UN.
