Aside from references to the President (or his late father), “Hussein” is gnerally regarded as an Arab name, though certainly any Moslem of any ethnic extraction might bear it. And it’s offensive to refer to the President by his middle name alone unless he’s specifically indicated he preferred it, as Thomas Woodrow Wilson did. But as Barack H. Obama II and his predecesssor Walker (Texas Ranger, nyuk nyuk) did not.
