FUCK you, Milwaukee!!!

We were ahead of the Cubbies until we self-destructed against you last week. You no-talent, last place bastards!

The Chicago CUBS won the NL Central division pennant and now they’re going to the playoffs, maybe the World Series.

Where the fuck did that come from?!!

Fucking Cubbies!

Falling apart against the Braves (and getting our asses kicked) is OUR birthright, not yours. You fuckingly similar to the manner of shit fucking fuck fuck shit… no good beany baby bastards!

The title should’ve read: FUCK you, Milwaukee! And you too, Chicago!

Neener neener neener!

Todays word of the day:
Choke

v. intr.

  1. To have difficulty in breathing, swallowing, or speaking.
  2. To become blocked up or obstructed.
  3. Sports. To shorten one’s grip on the handle of a bat or racket. Often used with up.
  4. To fail to perform effectively because of nervous agitation or tension, especially in an athletic contest: choked by missing an easy victory against Milwaukee

pssst - Cubs win!!!

Make that missing TWO easy victories against Milwaukee. Oh, and Houston losing 6 out of their last 8 games. Losers! Thank you Milwaukee!!!

CUBS WIN! CUBS WIN! CUBS WIN!

Well atleast half of that statement is true of Houston.
Houston lost fair and square, suck it up buttercup!

I’m kinda wondering why you’re screaming “Fuck you” to Milwaukee, when you should be mad at the Astros. Is it the fault of the weaker last-place team for not rolling over, or the fault of the contender for not taking advantage of the opportunity? I know when my team (the Cardinals) entered September in 1st place, only to promptly lose 4 of 5 to the Cubbies, then get our asses waxed by the 'Stros, I wasn’t blaming the teams that beat them, but the Cards themselves (and their damn manager on whose shoulders I put most of the blame for this wasted season).

Highest payroll in the division and what did it get us? 3rd fucking place! And what the hell is LaRussa’s aversion to young players all about? Get some rookies in there, see what they can do, cuz that hodge-podge scrap heap of leftover arms they called a bullpen blew a metric shitload of saves and cost us a lot of games. Sure, we had a great offense, but you can’t expect them to score 6-8 runs every game!

Ummm… ok, sorry, this was supposed to be about the 'Stros, so I’ll wrap it up here.

[sub]Fucking Cardinals, fucking LaRussa. We were in 1st place starting September! What happened? Somebody draw me a diagram, cuz I don’t get it![/sub]

Heck, I was thinking of starting a ‘Why a Chicagoan finally likes Milwaukee’ thread…

Hee Hee Hee

How is a metric shitload different from the U.S. Standard shitload? Is there an Imperial shitload, and is it still used?

I’m still mad.

And I don’t even fucking like baseball!

I think the general rule of thumb is that if you double the metric shitload, then add 30, you should be pretty close to the American shitload.

You guys in Houston should’a let the billy goat in your park.because you didn’t the curse in now on you.

GO CUBS! GO!! Ha Ha you guys blew it!!You Suck!!

The Imperial shitload is little used today, except among treacle miners and certain theoretical physicists with a bent for recreational chemistry. Most people find the conversion formula of 17 loads to a whack, three whacks to a heap, fifteen heaps to a fuckload and 8 7/9 fuckloads to a shitload to be unwieldy.

Where do you get off talking about the Brewers like that?
They were in the playoffs as recently as 1982.:stuck_out_tongue: :frowning:

Hey, it’s only fair after the pasting that the Brewers laid on the Cubbies their last trip to Wriggly.

If the Brewers decide to pay Sexton, and Jenkins can stay healthy for a year (which, I admit, that he’s spectacularly failed to do for his entire career), they could be a decent team next year. They would have been a decent team this year if the 4th and 5th pitchers weren’t completely terrible until august.

Yeah, how fucked up is baseball that I found myself pulling for the Brewers? Thats almost as bad as pulling for those damn cards.

Fuck, will I have to pull for the Packers next?

The horror, the horror.

Cubbies.

In the World Series.

He he he.
BWAHAHAHAHA!!!

The Cubbies are the weakest team in the playoffs. They’re only there because somebody from the central HAS to be.

Don’t get me wrong. I’d like to see 'em do well, if only because of Karros and Grudz. But they ain’t gonna.

Please. After the way the Bears played last night (and 2 weeks ago, and 3 weeks ago, and last season…) we need to feel good about one of our sports teams for a day or so.

Besides, this is supporting the bootleg Cubs t-shirt and hat industry.

The Cubbies have two of the best starting pitchers in the NL going for them. That can do strange things in a short series.
