Howdy Y’all! Home from irk. Actually have been for a while. The a/c was actin’ wonky at irk. It was bein’ worked on but I decided I did not want to be warmish in a windowless orifice so I made the executive decision to go and do some irk from da cave which I actually did. Go Me!

Today was oddly productive. I took care of emptying then refilling the dishwasher plus vacuuming the main areas of the house and scrubbing the shower stall - my most hated chore…
This afternoon, I’ve finished all the texting mitts that needed decoration, and all pairs are tagged and ready to be delivered to the store. I’ve talked to FCD about building a display stand so I don’t have to dump them all into a box or basket. I think we have that figured out. So yay!
And I’m looking at a cruise for Sept 2013 with a couple of friends of ours. It goes from Copenhagen to Miami via stops in Norway, Sweden, the Shetlands, Iceland, and a Portuguese island. The only bad part will be having to fly to Copenhagen - none of us are big fans of flying. But the cruise sounds so great, who cares about a few hours in an airplane?? Not sure yet how we’ll get from Miami back home - probably another stoopit flight… but it’ll be such a great cruise!!!
Yeah, I’ve decided I like cruises. Mucho fun!

25 hours 30 minutes till vacation. Not that I’m counting.
I irked, now I’m waiting for roomie to bring food for me to cook.
Still working. I fixed my cherub piece. Again. For the 2,953rd time. It was perfect until a heavy wind knocked it over at my last show and part of it hit the cinder block and another part buried itself in the dirt. Now it’s cooling down and I’ll repaint the small colored areas in a bit.
Next up some bass players and a pair of people fencing.

swampy, you and me both not knowing why we’re up so early. I kinda know - I was awakened by some weird tummy cramps. Unfortunately, once awake, that’s generally pretty much it. So I’m up while my sweetie snoozes away. At least the kittehs are happy for the attention.
flytrap, I don’t know how the ship’s size compares to the Titanic and to be honest, I don’t care.
We’re just supposed to hit low 90s today - not ridiculously hot, but still too hot for futzing around outside comfortably. No idea what the plans for today are.
