I’ve got my first mug o’wake the hell up and hope I am more alert soon.
There will be no mowing here today; we’re supposed to head over to another couple’s house around noonish today. They want us to come early so our dogs can have a play date and later we’ll be celebrating another friend’s birthday over there. All in all, it should be a nice day.
I doin fact,still exist. Those of you that have known me for a while know that I am very much incommunicado for a few weeks before and right after the start of school. Just ended the first week successfully and back to a normal life. Well, regular hours anyway.

Suitable suit suitage has been achieved. OYKW has a nice new dark blue suit, two nice new white shirts and two very nice ties. He also has three new pairs of pants. I have a nice new dark blue jacket (or blazer if you are so inclined) and five new pairs of pants. There was a sale on pants at Belk’s in :eek: the maul. :eek:
N.O.L. at the Chinese place was good. I had moo goo gai pan and OYKW swiped the General’s N.O.L.. He always gets that cause it’s his favorite of all foodstuffs Chinese.
Anywho, all the nice new stuff has been put away. I even ironed his new shirts cause I’m nice dammit.
I feel the need for nappage.

flytrap it was fresh creamed corn. I scraped them corn cobs with my own tow hands. Ok, with a knife but the knife was in my hands. I do sometimes buy frozen creamed corn. It comes in a tube and it’s gooooooooooood stuff.

Didn’t paint anything today because it was really hot out. But did acquire some additional painting supplies. Gonna get up early tomorrow to get stuff done.
