Italian sounds yummy!! Tonight is orange chicken. The bagged kind, lol. Yes, I’ve found that, for just two people, those little 6 dollar bags of all-in-one dinner are nice for a change. Sometimes I couldn’t even make the same thing for less money.
And don’t tempt me about painting the desk. You have NO idea how long I’ve wanted to get a little junker white car and use glow-in-the-dark paint on it. Seriously.
Hrm, our POS Cruiser is vanilla-coloured…I wonder if MrTao would notice? :eek:

Well, I’ve found out that none of us particularly like chipotle peppers. LOL I guess that’s a good thing to know. I fixed the Pioneer Woman’s pulled pork recipe, in the crock pot, and while it was very good, we just don’t like the pepper-y taste, I guess. Back to my regular pulled pork recipe.
We got a bit of rain in ABQ today, but not nearly enough. The Monsoon is supposed to be back, so we’ll see what happens tomorrow. In other news, I’m going to try to make a healthier version of eggplant parmesan–baking the eggplant instead of frying it, and using lower fat cheeses. As long as it still tastes good, I say. 
Glad that tomorrow is Friday, but be darned if I can tell you why - although Steve Stucker should have the weather dogs on the early morning news and I LOVE seeing them. The weather dogs are there most Fridays but only on Fridays. And they are Steve’s pets, so only if Steve is there will they be on camera. Stucker is a real character - he is also a minister at a local church and does innumerable civic things as well. He has four dogs: a chihuahua named Squeaky, a grey mutt named Tuffy, and two other dogs that I call the rambunctious dogs because they are only on camera every once in a while - they are always jumping on Steve, wanting to be petted. Too rambunctious to be on camera very much! That’s why I look forward to Fridays now.
