I ask because you can download the entire series on AMC+ which I imagine most of us don’t have, and those that don’t can only watch week to week (as of this post May 15),

I really enjoy this show because of the gratuitous violence, which is well directed, and am a long time fan of gangster shows/movies.The fight/gunfight scenes are awesome. A growingly scary character seems to be Marian Wallace, aka Lady Stark from Game of Thrones, I also wonder when Billy Wallace will finally explode. This show is low hanging fruit for sickos like me who love gangster fiction.

Downsides are frankly, it’s pretty derivative and predictable, especially with a “undercover cop” angle that you can see where it’s going. Even if you don’t know who is behind the attack on the Wallaces you know it’s going to be something we have seen many times before.

If you have been following Gangs of London what do you think of the show?

I watched about 15 minutes of the first episode and had to turn it off. I know the violence is a draw for some, but not me. Sickening. Enjoy.

Loved it, all of it, yeah, pretty graphic violence, but some terrific twists and turns that had us looking at each other like “Wow, I did NOT see that coming!” Excited for more!
