Garibaldi's ban-worthy boner

Actually, I’m a little relieved. I wanted to call him “Mr. Garibaldi”, but I felt like I was channelling Londo Molari! :slight_smile:

The more interesting question is, whatever happened to Mr. Garibaldi’s hair?

He actually ran for U.S. Congress out of California in 2000 but lost to the incumbent.

{is amused at the Babylon 5 references whooshing over people’s heads}

The thread title still confuses me. Apparently Garibaldi wasn’t banned for socking - it was his boner that pushed the admins over the edge. :smiley:

Does that mean the Mods run a nudist colony?

:smiley:

I asked this question a while back. Do a search and all will be revealed

I’m somewhat surprised that this thread hasn’t been closed already, given the kind of attention such threads attract.

How about having a thread in ATMB saying who’s been banned and why? It would save the trouble sf having all these “Why has X been banned” threads…

kitarak- the basic problem is this: people who troll and sock do so for attention.

By compiling the bannings and posting our records of them, we invite attention to them problem posters; ergo, we encourage them to indulge in the same idiocies in order to gain more attention.

I’d prefer not to have two assholes running a race to see who can get banned under the most screen names for a month.

“to them problem posters”? I’m not from West Virginia, I swear. That should be “to those problem posters”.

West Virginia, Maryland - is there a difference? They all looked the same from Philly… :wink:

The mods at crappy boards throughout the land will rue the day you placed this gem in my vile psyche.

** calling asshole little brother **

:eek:

Ok. Good point. I withdraw my suggestion and will officially add it to my list of stupid ideas I’ve come up with :slight_smile:
