George Zimmerman - In the news again

Seriously?

You think Zimmerman is a hero who heroically defended himself?

That’s a little disingenuous, even for you. A civil suit against the community where he was killed is very, very different than trying to auction off the gun used to kill a child.

Eta: this was a response to Shodan.

You’re such a SJW.

The problem with Zimmerman is that he’s a douchebag. I don’t think he was guilty of murder of Martin, but he’s still a douchebag. He came away from his trial believing he was a hero. He was wrong. The respectful thing would have been to quietly slip away into anonymity, much like Casey Anthony did (even though I do think she was wrongly acquitted). But George is a douchebag that can’t help himself.

No, I derived a good deal of amusement and some education from refuting you with the face’s many, many misunderstandings of the law, misrepresentation of the facts of the case, and watching others also refute her (and other clowns like Stoid and some others).

you with the face said

to the extent that she wants to fight on this messageboard against Zimmerman’s rights, to that same extent I can fight back.

Do you understand the distinction between “he’s a hero” and “he did nothing illegal”?

Regards,
Shodan

Are you deliberately misinterpreting what you with the face said just so that you can feel offended?

Gosh, you’re not even the good kind of SJW.

Nah, even a douchebag would want to put his past behind him and try to live a life in quiet, reasonably inoffensive obscurity. Zimmerman is truly a special case of awfulness.

Go ahead and fight for Zimmerman’s pwecious wittle rights, Shodan. Who am I to stop you from looking like a moron when your heart moves you in that direction? I already said I’m glad he’s out there reminding us of who he is as a person. That’s me applauding him as he exercises his 1st amendment rights as only the Zimster can. See, I’m all for his rights. God bless America.

Oh, I am not offended. As I said, I got a good deal of entertainment and a certain amount of education from watching her flounder around being wrong.

Check out this thread, in which she attempts to point out how Bricker, an actual lawyer, is wrong about a case in Florida with a cite of California law.

The various Martin-Zimmerman threads must number in the thousands of pages, so I doubt I could search them, but much of them consisted of her (and good old Stoid the Impervious to Fact), repeating over and over “you only know that because Zimmerman said so!”, and, when the evidence apart from Zimmerman’s statements was pointed out, repeating “but you only know that because Zimmerman said so” a little more shrilly.

Good times, good times.

Regards,
Shodan

Zimmerman: “First and foremost, I would like to thank and give the glory to God for a successful auction that has raised funds for several worthy causes.”

I don’t think God wants to take credit for this. And I hope that those worthy causes tell him (Zimmerman, not God) to go to Hell.

Now we’ll see if he actually gets paid.

I suspect your definition of worthy and Zimmerman’s definition do not coincide and that the causes in question (one of which is ‘the fight against Black Lives Matter’) will be highly unlikely to reject any largesse coming their way.

Bless his rotten little piece of shit heart.

Assuming that Zimmerman actually raised money from this auction, there is without a doubt in my mind that he will pocket all of it for himself. You have to remember he is fluent in Bizarro.

And in Bizarro, it’s not really God that he is thanking.

WTF?

Running a secret auction behind the backs of the people participating in the public auction? So a person legitimately participating in the public auction could think, “I just made the high bid-it’s mine!”…then get told that it was given to someone else in a private action he was never invited to participate in?

Zimmerman was punched in the face in a restaurant.

Thank you, Large Man. It needed to be done.

That punch was several years overdue.

So why didn’t George Stand His Ground and shoot the guy?

Witnesses.
