George Zimmerman - In the news again

Register as Charlie Manson, and use the address of the prison. Then do a go fund me page for the money to buy the gun. Come on trolls, step up your game. If your lucky, George will mail the gun to the prison.

I’m surprised none of the trolls have posed as Trayvon Martin.

Ya know, if somebody killed somebody and sold the weapon to somebody for an outrageously inflated price, the first thought that would occur to me is that the third somebody was trying to launder a hitman payoff to the first somebody.

He’s attacking Martin’s parents now, saying that they need to soul-search to see where they went wrong raising Trayvon.

Sounds like George is making a play to be Trump’s VP.

It WOULD be like him to not realize he’s ineligible, wouldn’t it?

“Pay attention to me!! Meee!!!”

Question: So the picture of the auction has a photo from the court trial where an officer’s holding the gun with this red tube in it and a large thing with a key at the end of the tube. What the heck does that tube do and how does it work?

It’s a barrel lock, used to make the weapon nonfunctional–and obviously so from a distance. Kinda like this one.

Cable lock.

CMC fnord!

Zimmerman now blames Trayvon’s parents for his death. Zimmerman has an endless supply of stupid.

Any news outlet that grants him a news interview has low ethics, IMO. What do we need to know about his side - we’ve already heard it. We already know he’s unapologetic and now that he can’t be convicted, he’s going to say as much outrageous shit as he can to promote himself. He can’t make income legitimately so he’s creating his own brand, which falls just a little bit south of Storm Front. But close enough to have the same sort of appeal.

I for one am glad he isn’t trying to hide his depraved character and is letting his asshole flag fly free. The cognitive dissonance he must be causing in the people who actually defended him and treated him as a hero is a beautiful, beautiful thing.

He’ll be eligible for Trump’s second term. Patience!

There’s no cognitive dissonance in considering him an arsehole, and defending him against spurious, politically motivated criminal charges.

True enough.

But you with the face said:

“The cognitive dissonance he must be causing in the people who actually defended him and treated him as a hero is a beautiful, beautiful thing.”

(emphasis added)

So that would refer not to the people who merely defended him, but rather those that defended him AND treated him as a hero.

I have never seen any compelling reason to treat Zimmerman as a hero, but I certainly had plenty to say about the posters here who were calling for his criminal conviction without understanding the law. That might well have been “defending,” but by no means was it lionizing.

I would chuckle at how Zimmerman is faulting Martin’s parents for supposedly capitalizing on their son’s death–mere days after he attempted to do the same thing by auctioning off his gun–except I can’t laugh because this stupid display of hypocrisy is not really funny. It brings to mind how he went out of his way to portray Martin as a stalker who savagely tried to murder him, even going so far as to put comic book villain words in the kid’s mouth.

If I didn’t know better, I would actually think this behavior fits a pattern of pathological mendacity befitting a person who might murder someone and then shamelessly cry self-defense.

That’s all correct, but you, me, and others who defended Zimmerman’s rights based on the law have all been accused of hero-worshipping him. It’s a long time ago now, but I have a possibly incorrect memory that you with the face was one who used that sort of hyperbole, hence my reply.

If what I said doesn’t apply to you, why are you posting right now? Seriously.

White knighting for Zimmerman’s rights will never stop being unnecessary, btw. It was moronic then and its extra moronic now.

Supposedly?

It will be necessary as long as there are people like you.
