This isn’t Fred Hoyle claiming that flu is caused by sunspots after a brilliant career. This is a crazy person saying crazy things after a career of saying crazy things. So I’m pretty comfortable rejecting it out of hand.
I’m also pretty comfortable making the assumption that the Ninth Circuit State Attorney’s office didn’t confuse their star witness for a mentally disabled girl.
The fact that his mommy should have swallowed - but didn’t - is a tragedy.
If they had ironclad evidence, wouldn’t it be better to start with criminal charges against the prosecutors and investigators, first? I’d imagine that would make recovering damages both easier and more profitable.
Have you done even an iota of research? Klayman has lost about 90% of the suits he has filed. He filed multiple birther suits without even an iota of evidence. He’s a professional crazy person.

You argued that Klayman wouldn’t make an outrageous claim if he didn’t have iron-clad evidence. RNATB responded with evidence that Klayman had previously made outrageous claims with no evidence. It was an entirely relevant response, not an ad hominem as you are trying to imply.

Pointing out that Klayman has a documented history of nonsense lawsuits is entirely relevant to your remark. He sued the Obama administration for a secret plan to bring Ebola to the US to infect Americans. Please tell us again how he would only bring suit if he had “iron clad evidence”.

I’ll make you a deal, LAZombie: If you make a public apology for the absolute crap you posted in that 9-11 thread I’ll consider what you say in this thread with an open mind.
To be fair, it was a confusing time. We were all in collective shock, trying to make sense of the senseless, struggling to accept that something so terrible could happen— that our enemies could, with seeming ease, reach out and cause so much harm when we weren’t paying attention. Telling ourselves there had to be more to the story, and that it couldn’t be as simple, and as horrifying as it was.
I’m certain that LAZombie has learned a lot in the three months since then.
I know this is hard for liberal / progressive members of SDMB, but please stay on the topic of the Zimmerman case.
Please refute the claim that Rachel Jeantel was not the person speaking with Trayvon on the cell phone on the night of his death.
