I remember asking once how men can jerk off in the shower without falling over. My legs are all jello afterward so I kinda assumed it was that way for everyone.
My guess is that weakness of the legs is more likely due to back and leg position during coitus (naturally being more extreme toward climax) impinging on the sciatic nerve, than to a vascular cause.
