It’s mid-May and I still haven’t seen any 2001 state quarters yet.
Here’s the lineup for this year:
New York
North Carolina
Rhode Island
Vermont
Kentucky
Anyone got 'em?

I’ve gotten all the ones released. I don’t keep keep them, but I have a coworker who is. I collect all the state quarters I’ve been given as change and give them to her each week. She says I’m better at collecting them because I always end up with the new ones and she gets the same old ones over and over.
Got a whole roll of New Yorks at the bank several weeks ago without even specifically asking for them. Haven’t seen any of the others yet.
I’ve got tons of New York and North Carolina. Are the others out yet?
Seen them - but only the Denver ones.
Nothing from Philadelphia (actually, I never saw any 1999 quarters from Philadelphia and only the Massachusetts and Maryland in 2000)
for the record, I also have tons of New Yok and North Carolinas, but I haven’t seen any others yet
North Carolina is the latest release, the others will be out later, every two and one half to three months or so it seems is the release schedule. Have found both Philly and Denver marks, though Denvers come out here (KY) behind the Philly’s. I work in a large factory with ten or so vending machines, and it seems that when the newest quarter is released they stock every machine with them.
Sir
Got bunches of NY’s, but only two NC’s so far. For some reason, New York City seems to be the worst place on Earth to spot new quarters; I consider myself lucky if I’ve seen a dollar’s worth of one before the next one is due to come out.
I have every one up to the latest released North Carolina. This is one of the coolest ideas that the US Mint could have come up with.
Central Florida – no North Carolinas 'round these parts, and I usually stock up on quarters for all the toll roads ‘round these parts. (Gotta’ get an E-Pass.)
Just reviving the thread now that a few new issues have come out: Rhode Island (sailboat/“The Ocean State”) and Vermont (“Freedom and Dignity” with the image of a couple of trees being tapped for the sap, one of my favorites on any quarter thus far)
Unbelievably, I’ve managed to get P and D issues for all 14 states thus far (though travelling to the East Coast every three months or so helps)
Make that “Freedom and Unity”
Also, this year’s New York issue seems to have a greater poignancy now.
I agree that the Vermont quarter is one of the best so far. In my book it rivals the Connecticut Charter Oak quarter, my personal favorite so far. I was actually given a whole roll of Vermont quarters a few weeks ago. The “Freedom and Unity” motto is very cool considering that Vermont was the first state to outlaw slavery and is currently the only state that allows gay civil unions.
I love these state quarters. Great idea.
I’ve seen and have tham all. I only save one of eash design for a book that someone gave me. Vermont has the best quarter design, along with Georgia and Connecticut.
I believe that we have all 14, D’s and P’s.
Kentuck will be officially released on the 15th of Oct.
