~~ Just a silver necklace
Watch, wedding band, and a serpentine (?) gold necklace with a 18K double broad axe pendant I got in Crete.
Watch and wedding band. That’s it.
One of my three wedding bands (only one wife)
Watch
Single Ear ring on rare ocasions.
When I’m not involved with someone, I wear a silver necklace. As soon as feelings are declared, it comes off.
It’s stupid, but that’s just what I do.
Yes.
I keep the family jewels with me at all times.
When younger and handsomer, I used to wear my class ring, a watch and a neckless – usually either a pewter horn of luck, a beautiful cats-eye, or, my favorite, a carved onyx pot leaf.
Now, older and uglier, I just wear a watch. I had to have the class ring cut off because my finger grew too big for it. (No, not fat!)

- I have a set of finger-cymbals and toe bells, but I only wear 'em when I need to cheer up. - MC

- Wait! …Damn! Are those instruments, or jewelry?
I sport a stainless steel watch and a pinky ring on the right hand, as well as a hoop through the left nipple. I have 3 holes in the left ear, but I havent had rings in them in years.
Interesting side story, but relevant: I went to school with a guy who installed car stereos. I knew he was married, but he never wore his ring. I asked why–he said that a guy in the shop was unbolting the positive lead of a car battery with a rachet…and his ring accidentally bridged the gap between the rachet (touching the positive lead) and the body of the car (if you don’t know, the entire metal body of a car is attached to the negative lead). According to him, it wasn’t pretty. I can only imagine.
Heavy gold wedding ring with celtic design on right hand. Hey, I’m a leftie and it kept getting banged on things…
…and despite the OP exclusion… chunky analog diver’s watch (just in-case the office suddenly fills with water).
Platinum wedding ring, that’s all.
I used to wear earrings until a year ago. I went on a job interview and took them out. By the time I decided to put them back in, the holes had closed.
Now the only jewelry I wear is a stainless steel Rolex GMT Master II with a Jubilee bracelet and a black and red bezel, a Submariner on a Submariner bracelet, or a c. 1961 Submariner on a “James Bond” NATO strap.
I used to, but not anymore for various reasons.
I used to wear one silver chain around my neck and one on my wrist, but suddenly they started turning black after only a week or so of being worn. I took them off once with the intention of cleaning them again, and just never put them back on.
I had one of those big clunky gold college rings, but after a few years, it started looking kind of tacky. I still like it, but it doesn’t feel like it suits me anymore.
I had a wide silver “friendship ring” that I bought with my girlfriend. I wore it for a long time, but I found that whenever I’d sweat or wash my hands, moisture would get trapped under the ring and start irritating my skin. Eventually, the skin would bubble up and peel off, so I stopped wearing that, too. FWIW, she stopped wearing hers for similar reasons.
When we get married, we’ll probably by rings again. I’ll try to find something that won’t drive me nuts or make my fingers fall off.
I currently only wear a white-gold wedding band. In the past I have worn earrings (only one at a time), pendants, and other rings.
20 years ago I had 2 pierces in my right ear and one in my left. Usually wore 3 earrings at a time. Had an extensive and unusual variety; one was a modified fishing lure, treble hooks and all. When male earrings became commonplace,
I gave away all of mine and never looked back.
Also wore a silver anklet for a little while, but I lost it about the same time I lost interest in it.
Could never tolerate wearing a watch.
The only metal on my body is in my dental fillings.
No tattoos, either. I think the artistic ones look good on some people, but I never saw a design that I loved so much that I wanted it on me forever.
truly naked,
TN*hippie
I wear a Superman ring on my right ring finger. An Eqyptian silver ankh that a friend gave me after her little sister, and my friend, died in a car wreck. And two earrings in each ear.
My father’s high school class ring (Stafford Senior High School, Class of 1952) on the ring finger of my right hand.
And a watch. Always.
I always wear either a silver ring or a silver bracelet on my right hand/wrist. Don’t know why – my senior year in college, I just saw this Hopi storyteller’s ring I really liked, bought it and have had silver on my right hand every day ever since.
I tend to wear a lot of jewelry for a guy.
Left ring finger: Gold and silver Celtic cross ring with a small round emerald at the intersection.
Right ring finger: White gold ring with blue star sapphire that my mom bought for my dad when they were dating. Dad gave it to me this summer when mom was dying.
silver necklack with pendants: a silver St. Christoper (“They work even if you don’t believe in them.”), silver claddagh, silver anchor, bronze Chinese coin
Black thong neckace with pewter Florintine cross with skull and crossbones set at intersection
two silver hoop earrings with silver attached bottom ball. Third earring either plain silver hoop with navy blue bead or round 1/8 carat diamond in white gold barrel.
Watch: either a digital sport watch or a Regency 2-tone analog.
Gold wedding band on my left hand, gold class ring on my right (actually my grandfather’s; we went to the same college).
When I was in college, I used to wear a necklace consisting of a single bead on a leather thong. Also used to wear Dr. LindyHopper’s rhinestone bracelet sometimes; not in years. Also various largeish pins; again, not in years.
