Guys-Night-In Movies

Tonight, I decided to just stay in and watch some movies. I checked my DVD library, and selected a few. So far, I’ve watched The Longest Yard (the original 1974 version), and The Dirty Dozen. Next up may be Kelly’s Heroes or Die Hard with a Vengeance (aka Die Hard III). I haven’t decided yet.

Gentlemen, and those ladies who would care to answer, what would be on your “Guy’s Night” must-see list?

Lots of porn.

Way to end the thread!
You could have at least given someone else a chance, sheesh.

Could we get a mod to close this?

No need. Porn aside, let’s assume your wife or girlfriend might come home at anytime. If she catches you watching porn, words might be exchanged. But if she catches you watching _____, which is a guy’s movie, it’s no harm. no foul. What fills in the blank for you?

Right now it would be Saving Private Ryan, which is on the Tivo thingy.

Aliens
Predator
Tremors

The Outlaw Josey Wales

Even better. She can join.

Oh, it won’t be just words that’ll be exchanged, ifyaknowwhatImean

I’d definitely put “Blackhawk Down” on that list.

Fight Club
Spartacus
The Godfather, 1 and 2
Blazing Saddles
A bunch of Three Stooges shorts
Deliverance
Speed

This reminded me of the Spartacus: Blood and Sand series from Starz. That’s pure guys-night-in show.

Seriously. In one episode you’ll have boobs, then Spartacus’ll kill someone in a completely imaginative way, then more boobs.

The final episode of the season was titled “Kill Them All.”

True Grit, either version.

Boondock Saints
Red
The Blind Side

At least these are 3 that I enjoyed recently, and figured, other than The Blind Side, that my wife wouldnt have liked much.

1st season of Walking Dead.

Are “guys” only allowed to watch movies about violence?

Glengarry Glen Ross is on my list…no violence in it at all, but still a macho movie.

Commando

Ash! When all else fails you have to watch Ash (but only part 3)

Then if you want something different but still a guys movie - Bad Boy Bubby…

Sin City

Oh, Snake, Snake, Snake - how could you forget:

Big Trouble in Little China

The Thing

Escape from New York?
