I’ll have to think of a date. No, I’m not still working for the loser - I’ve got a temp assignment at an ad agency in the swanky Wrigley Building for the next month. It makes me a little less flexible for getting down there - it might not be til the week before Christmas, if that’s okay.

Thanks, everyone. A great time was had by all at the non-surprise party Sat nite. Much to our dismay we realized we had miscalculated, and the Unitarians we invited seemed to drink far more wine than beer. Oh well, I ain’t gonna cry that I still have a garage full of Harp, Fosters, Sam Adams, Goose Island, etc… Silly Ms. D. has some mistaken idea about it lasting through the entire holiday season. Fat chance. Whaddya mean I can’t have beer for breakfast? It is oatmeal stout!
Sorry, ladies, but I can’t make heads or tails out of your date-making. Name a time and place in or close to the loop, and I’ll be there. Ya know maggie, I think they might actually have drinking establishments up in the neighborhood of the Wiggly Building. Tho the stand-up bar is always good by me.

Welfy/grace - thank you, I certainly did. Perhaps too good! With it happening on my 40th b-day, I should have no problem remembering the last time I worshipped the porcelain god. Must have been all that Chinese food at 2 in the morning! Yep, that’s the story I’m sticking with.
