Has anyone ever passed the bar in all 50 states?
Passed the test, or become admitted to the bar?
Not that I know the answer to either - but doing the former would mostly likely 25 or more years.
Well, I think 48 states use the Multistate Bar Examination (multiple choice), and 21 use the Multistate Essay Examination. I’d guess it takes a little less time than one might think. It’s kinda hilarious, because these bar exams hardly ever cover state-specific law, so why even bother with a state bar exam?
