I’m dying to hear his explanation for his titanic failure as GOP chairman. I have seen no statements, just this speculationthat he might actually run for party chairman again in January. Now that’s moxie!

I bet they don’t think that Michael Steele did such a terrible job anymore, taking over what seems like every governor’s house and state legislature (oh yeah, and the house of representative).

That might’ve been a better return on their investment. I don’t know how much blame goes to Preibus here as opposed to, for example, the Senatorial Committee. THE NRSC webpage touts the fact that their membership grew from 40 in 2008 to 47 in 2010 under Cornyn, but of course it doesn’t mention that they gave away several seats by nominating idiots or nuts, and the same thing happened again this year when they’ll probably end up with 45 seats.
Heh…I haven’t heard anything from RNC PR BS since the election, but I have heard from Michael Steele, who slid that dagger right between Prince Rebus’ ribs…
