Barring something like a QB putting up negative points (and how crazy that would be) looks like it’ll be me and Beef in the Championship. I started 1-3, and then 3-5. Can’t say I was expecting this.
If Brock Purdy and Jonathan Taylor both get hurt on their first drives, I’ll be in great shape!
Proposed: starting next year we reduce the regular season by a week and have the championship in Week 16. Seems teams are getting much more flexible when it comes to sitting starters once playoffs spots are locked up, and it sucks to see games decided because a stud isn’t producing.
Nota bene: I got no skin in this game, my team has been hot garbage all season.
I’m keeping Brandon Aubrey next year. Yes, a kicker. And yes, it’s the right decision.
Thursday games went well for me overall, McLaurin was contained, Aubrey had a big game (and a rare miss), but I’m kind of miffed that the Detroit defense managed to hold Bosmer to like negative 52 passing yards and only score 7 points.
People think kickers aren’t that valuable because it’s a lot of random noise, but Brandon Aubrey has been the #1 scoring kicker in 2023, #1 kicker in 2024, and #2 kicker so far in 2025 but he still has a chance to take the scoring title again. That actually makes him one of the most valuable players in the league, but people will dismiss spending a lot of resources on him because he’s “just a kicker”
Lotta good that’ll do you when we finally get rid of kickers next year.

I had an 80% projected lead at some point but it has been pretty even most of the afternoon. Kinda wish I had started AJ Barner, I’d just take the 10 points over what Loveland will do.
Yahoo says 57/43 in your favor but I think you’ve got a better shot than that. Your players have higher floors. I need Purdy to have a big game like last week, and not so much through McCaffery
This is a wild game to decide the championship. Going into it about even scored with 2 players on each side is dramatic, and the scoring is going nuts. 2 Purdy rushing TDs has really helped me since it also denied CMC those TDs. And a surprise TD to Loveland, I’ll take it.
Congrats to Beef! I had hopes after that starting Int, but once Purdy got his first rushing TD I knew it wasn’t going to go my way.
Thank you. You made a really good run in the playoffs with the highest score in the first 2 rounds and it ended up being a really close game that could go either way.
I was somehow hoping I’d be the first back to back champ but apparently that’s happened 3 times already in this league, which I guess makes sense because with keepers you can make a run. So I’m gonna have to be the first threepeat champ.
