I am trying to locate a business that once was on Vista St. in Philadelphia, PA. It was a company that tested HVAC equipment and rated its performance against manufacturer’s claims…kinda like consumer protection for commercial/industry.
Ideally, I’d like to find this company’s name and others that perform similar work for industry.
