Help me locate a book from my childhood, please?

This might be a hard one, unfortunately! I had a large book that had stories, one for each day of the year–so as you might imagine, it was fairly thick, and it was a larger than usual size book as well, the pages allowing enough room for pictures. I have no idea what the book was named; the only info that I can recall about it is that it had a story for each day of the year. I think my grandmother got this book for my brothers and I. The reason I ask is I was thinking of trying to purchase a copy if it’s still available–surprising what some people offer for sale, and how much they want for it! LOL

Sorry I don’t have any more information than that. I do remember really enjoying the book, though.

Thanks in advance,

tarragon

I have this book!

It’s called “365 Things To Know” and has a dark blue cover with the title in a gold-embossed circle on the cover. It made me the trivia-hound I am today.

thank you both so much! I’m looking into making a purchase. It very much sounds like the book (the one I had would have been purchased in the late 50s-early 60s); and now that I’m thinking back on it, I do recall that it had knowledgable facts along with the stories, I think.

I’m a happy camper tonight, thanks again!
