Finished a 3-day conference (local) and only managed to fall asleep twice in that time, but no problems and I treated myself to 5-Guys for lunch.
Like a couple of other posters, I’ve been waking up early, about 0330, and have no idea why; weather is about perfect for sleeping (about 60-65F at night) but I keep waking up. My body and brain need to hold a meeting and get their s*** straight.

I’m finally back to irk today, just in time to begin catching up stuff before other stuff gets piled on.
I emptied those accounts finally. The A/P lady sent a nice email to our local bosses about the great job I did. A pat on the back is nice.
Now it is outside to finish getting ready for the Fall Fest. Still have to decorate the hayride wagon and other stuff. I have been at irk since 0630 and will be here until around 9pm. I think tomorrow will be a short day.
Rosie, you should place a [sub]TM[/sub] on your blurfs. Charge a user fee. I should be happy to serve as your agent for a nominal fee.

Howdy Y’all! Four down and one to go. YAY! ‘Tis 83 Amurrkin and soooooo nice! Dindin shall be salmon patties, English peas, smashed N.O.T., bizkits, and because I have a gnawin’ and a cravin’, mater gravy. Comfort food southern U.S. of A. style! As opposed to Southern Comfort which is likker southern U.S.of A style. 
I did laundry, got a haircut, and had the truck washed. I made sort of Greek tacos for lunch(yogurt marinated chicken, with cucumber, Kalamata olive, onion, fresh basil and fresh oregano tossed in Greek olive oil. In pitas.

Salsa’s made supper. We’re home to veg. I’s tahred. Higgs got noisy around 3 this morning. Sure would be nice if she sleeps tonight.
I’m checking in on my parents’ cats while they’re out of town, since they live right near where I work. I stopped in this afternoon and found that the little buggers had somehow gotten open a high kitchen cabinet, pulled out a large bag of catnip, poked it open, and then spread catnip absolutely all over the den. I zapped what I could with a broom and a dustbuster, but there’s basically catnip everywhere.
Then I went upstairs and they’d somehow managed to get the linen closet open and dumped a pile of bedsheets on the floor.
They’re lucky they’re so cute and friendly.
My plans to watch a movie tonight have failed. I got *Amadeus *and Woman of the Year from the library. *Amadeus *is three hours long, so that’s a weekend flick. Woman of the Year starts out with a baseball game and lost me in fifteen minutes. I guess I’ll just listen to music instead.
