Hillary just lost the election.

Trump is so horrible he’s almost hard to criticize. He’s a damn cartoon character with effectively no redeeming qualities. It’s almost like, what more can you say about him? Hillary Clinton is more like a deeply flawed human being that shouldn’t be President. It is much easier to criticize her because her flaws are in the range of behaviors and characteristics we’ve seen among historical Presidential contenders. There’s a basis of comparison we have that helps form the criticism.

This election is like choosing whether you want Johnny Manziel or Ryan Fitzpatrick as the starting quarterback for your favorite team. A conversation can be had with a person over why you don’t want Fitzpatrick (Clinton). With Manziel (Trump), it’s more like, duh, of course I don’t want that fuck up.

The funny thing is that every Trump supporter will agree with you 100%, except for the reversal of the good and the evil candidate’s names in your sentence.

I feel you. Obviously you can’t start a thread speculating on those things. You would be immediately ostracized and ridiculed for suggesting such things around here. But if you were so brave as to try, your best bet would be to start the thread the next time Trump collapses at a public event.

That’s good to know because it happens to me on occasion too.

I remember this peculiar story.
Did the woman’s heirs ever get their Nintendo Wii video game system?

Why would I argue over why I care about something? The question is why are you arguing about why I care about something, other than it being a chance to parrot partisan rhetoric. Are you a paid party hack, because your adherence to the talking points is remarkable. I’m having a great time in here. When I saw the closeup video of the metal piece I thought it was an interesting wrinkle.

The video itself is rather disturbing on multiple levels, and the potential Gump aspect of it was one component of why I find the entire spectacle entertaining.

I’m getting tired of these fake-Trump-talk posts. It’s not witty, it’s just annoying.

Trump “all muscle”? You’re joking, right?

Wait, maybe not–you’re the one who was trying to push the concept–against all evidence–that Trump is actually ‘attractive to women’, right?

…Yeah, that was you.

I mean, I wish you all the luck with your quixotic quest to put across the idea of Trump being something other than a repulsive blob of rancid fat, but…you’ve got a very tough road ahead of you.

I kinda like it. It’s the best rhetoric. The very best. And we make Mexico pay for it. Win-win.

Why would I start a thread speculating on total horseshit? What am I? A republican?

I don’t know but you are the one who asked “So when do we get to diagnose Trump with all his fucking tics and facial spasms”. I know most health questions about Hillary are silly but you know, she did just have a big public health scare. It’s just as silly to not expect them to get brought up in this thread.

Really? Catatonia? Epilepsy? Body doubles? Metal parts falling off her? That’s what passes as “bringing up her health”? She had fucking pneumonia. It was in all the papers. Her health has already been brought up. All this bullshit is, well, just bullshit.

And, you see, that was my point, not that I really think Trump has elephantiasis of the nuts.

Which is not to say that hearing that confirmed would make my day, give me giggling fits. Maybe it wouldn’t!

To hear many a Hillary supporter tell it, people of all ages must have been dropping like flies at the memorial…or was it just that one?

Only the ones wearing bullet proof vests, perhaps?

(Funny aside: fact-checking, goole “Hillary bullet proof vest” number one response is the Dope! (IMHO) Our ultimate conquest is inevitable!)

I think that has happened to pretty much everyone at some point, it has certainly happened to me, but it seems to be more than that. Have you watched the videos? On at least one occassion members of her entourage immediately rush on stage to assist and Hillary seems startled when she comes back to herself.

I’m not sure why the fact she may be having mild seizures* is so inconceivable for some people in this thread (that was not directed at you btw) she’s only human and she did have a concussion fairly recently after all.

And for what its worth I’ve also heard the rumours about Trump’s health and those are also worth a certain level of concern.

*I thought the term was ‘petit mal’ but apparently that’s been superseded by ‘absence seizure’

I agree.

A bullet proof vest under a black suit, while taking antibiotics due to having pneumonia, near the finish line of what has been a grueling campaign, after having attended 4 official functions the day prior.

She may have been the only one who got sick at the memorial under those circumstances on Sunday, but on average more than 1 person per day is treated for heat exhaustion in NYC and more than 1 person per month dies from it.

CDC data on NYC heat exhaustion cases

Googled “Hillary Secret Service agents rush in”. Top five references talk about a response to heckling by protesters. For instance, https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/08/04/secret-service-agents-rush-to-stage-as-activists-heckle-clinton/, date Aug. 4

Clarification required.

Hillary Clinton has a long record of issues with her health, some of which are a result of her propensity to black out and fall. Here in an interview with Anderson Cooper she surprising admits it’s happened several times over the course of her life and twice ‘that she can remember’ in the last five years. Cooper was careful to frame all the fainting episodes as being due to dehydration, however, giving her an easy out as to some other problem being the cause. However one would think that if she were that prone to passing out from dehydration she’d be carrying a water bottle at all times. She did have an important job in government and has been trying with all her might to achieve the presidency. One would think that both would require her to take pains not to get ‘dehydrated’ and black out. But noooo… Instead it’s far better to cough up a storm for a week, develop pneumonia, and then pass out from ‘dehydration’ in low eighties heat with her personal doctor standing right by her side, propping her up until the Secret Service can lug her into her SUV. All this after two days on antibiotics and in relatively mild heat which Donald Trump and everyone else there tolerated just fine and for much longer periods of time.

In addition, she’s blacked out, fallen, cracked her head and got a concussion requiring six months of hard work to recover from…this from her own husband. She’s suffered double vision and balance problems and had to have surgery on her elbow as a result. This in 2012. Also she has quite a history of circulatory and blood clot problems. She’s had three episodes of venous thrombosis in her veins, the earliest of which occurred in 1998. She’s had a deep vein thrombosis in one of her legs (very serious and potentially fatal if it migrates to her heart or lungs) and she’s had a cerebral veinous thrombosis in her brain. She’s still on blood thinner to this day.

And yet despite all this you want equal time given to Trump’s health even though he’s shown not the slightest real world evidence of health problems of any sort, while other of the board’s posters assail the media for focussing on Hillary’s health problems and not Trump’s, despite the fact Trump doesn’t seem to have any to focus on.

In other words, the media doesn’t focus on them equally because one of these candidates is not like the other.

Mental health problems are the issue here.

Correct, one of them is not like the other. One of them is far more likely to plunge the nation into economic disaster and global nuclear war than the other. Social chaos is just a free side benefit.
