Speculation about “a neurological problem” has no basis in any actual diagnosis, and in the media it is the product of a bunch of politically-motivated hacks who traffic in nothing but “Just Asking Questions” disingenuousness along with outright untruths.
And actually, the widespread nature of right-wing conspiracy theories should tell you something about whether Hillary would lose if she collapsed again.
Fact is, we are in a wildly partisan environment. Both candidates are gonna get 40%+ regardless of how many supporters they shoot on 5th Ave. Hillary could tear off her human mask and reveal that she’s Sidney Blumenthal’s cyborg and Democrats will say “still better than Trump” and Republicans will say “I knew it all along!”
In this environment, there are no “just lost the election” moments. There are only marginal changes that can be swamped by later events and reversion to the mean.
No, she wouldn’t survive it.
If Donald collapses during a debate, he wouldn’t survive that, either.
Both events are equally unlikely.

Really? How many times has Clinton collapsed and how many times has Trump collapsed? I think it’s one area Clinton is the clear leader.
Hillary needs to do something that portrays health and vigor. Film of her riding a bicycle, sailing in a sailboat. Taking a hike in a park. She’s behind in the health concerns and really needs to do something to get the confidence of the voter back. Just standing behind a podium won’t do it.

I was hoping that his troubles with the Donald J Trump foundation would cause problems, but maybe not. It seems like the entire “foundation” is bullshit philanthropy, funded by other billionaires like Vince McMahon and one of the recipients is Citizens United. Maybe a non-story after all.
I hate to be the boring person here, and seriously don’t let me get in the way of a good panic attack attack … but you do all realize that the polls being used in those calculations almost all reflect the week of Clinton being off the trail and before Trump’s Birther Bit?
The national trackers that include dates after that both showed two points to Clinton’s upside from their previous measures (the NBC/SM completely before her pneumonia episode and the LA Times ome still overlapping with it).
One state polls is of dates after her return to the trail - Rasmussen’s Nevada showing Trump 3. Which by itself flips Nevada in 538’s polls.
Yes, her polls dropped during that week. If they are as low when we have a solid collection of polls reflective of the week after she got back on the trail then I’ll join the hand wringing brigade. But the early data from the trackers is that they will bounce back quickly.
