IT’S A FAKE.
However, the video of a guy beating the original Quake, on Nightmare mode, in something like fifteen minutes, is VERY impressive.
By fake do you mean he used some cheats?
What was up with that level after he beat Bowser’s Castle?
I have that Quake video too. It’s amazing.
By fake it means that he did it frame by frame on an emulator and it took two years to complete. Sorta like putting a cartoon together.
While any way you flip the coin there was some serious skill portrayed here, I still found myself thinking over and over: I don’t remember Mario being able to run that fast or jump that high 
The speed of his movements on the map between levels was also highly suspect.

I was curious about the Quake video mentioned above. Found a DL link for it here if anyone else is interested. Not for the speed-impaired (165 MB).

While the content of that video is impressive, I have to wonder if the people who encoded it have ever heard of little things like deinterlacing, resizing, and encoding at a bitrate appropriate for content. That thing is a mess. They could have had better quality at 1/10th the file size.
