I’ve heard this before, amd it’s bullshit. Nobody is pushing anything in your face. On the other hand, straight people are free to hold hands, have their “partner’s” photo on their desk, kiss in public, and everyone thinks it’s OK. Some go way further than that, copping a feel, swapping spit, and doing all sorts of things. There’s nothing in your face about wanting the straights to keep their bigoted opinions to themselves. No gays go around saying things like “all straights should be killed” for example. No gays are on TV preaching that all straights are sick and twisted and should go to hell. If anything the straights get in our faces.
Who gets to set the limit? You? Hell no. Setting what limits? Who decides? Who has the right to decide? There is no agenda, other than the old “leave us alone”.
Horse shit. There is no Lifestyle. Some gays are businessmen, some are cops, some are go go dancers, an yes some are hairdressers. Gays are already in every segment of society. Or is it the “secret handshakes” and coded messages? The few “secret signals” there might have been, were the result of trying to not get bashed by straights.
Then. Don’t. Watch. Most of us don’t kiss or even hold hands in public. Why? Because someone like you would start trouble, say something stupid, and there would be more trouble than someone with your attitude is worth. Right. There’s plenty of “soft” straight porn on TV already. There are lots of straight commercials pushing sex. Old couples, young couples, etc. There are even the “here’s Bob” Enzyte commercials. They all revolve, either openly, or through double meanings, about straight sex and the constant drive to get more straight sex, in one way or another. We, on the other hand, get Queer Eye and Big Gay Al. We can rearrange furniture, and select color schemes, but heaven forbid we ever get shown as something other than a cartoonish caricature.
And some of us are very tired of this “I won’t have” or “I don’t want” stuff. Many many people don’t care what you want anymore. I believe the famous line is “you’re not the boss of me now”. You don’t get to dictate to anyone.

I included the word “every” because the OP mentioned the “homosexual lifestyle” like there are things that every homosexual is doing as part of their lifestyle.
If someone thinks it’s not okay for two same sex people to do something, but it is okay for a two sex couple to do the exact same thing, someone is really f*cked up.

Now, if it was only some or most gays, I’d suggest mutual fellatio; unless the lady has had her equipment modified since original installation a hetero couple can’t do that. I doubt that there’s any one sex act that all gays perform, however.

And as long as these are political issues, they are not the only ones that are allowed to debate and have opinions about it.
The liberation of gays & lesbians clearly have consequences for the society as whole and therefore all the citizens are free to mean something about it
