Right, okay I don’t understand your reasoning here.
Your premise is that I’m a newbie behaving like a newbie, so I must be being coached to behave like newbie? I think it’s quite easy for a newbie to behave like a newbie without the need for coaching.
I also wonder why you think my newbie status is questionable and indicative of me being scum, when it was clear before roles were assigned.
Why do you keep on telling me not to “play the newbie card”, when it’s you make the biggest deal of the fact that I am a newbie?
Why the vote when I haven’t actualy posted anything in between your last reponse to me? Okay you’ve justified this as a response to
OOps, should’ve added (to my last post, posted too early)
…to a question, but is it usual for scum not be able to communicate during the day (I don’t know)? If it is not it still seems to me when you accused me of being ‘coached’ early you had already assumed they can.
I have to admit I don’t know who to vote for. I’m not convinced ushimi is scum, I would’ve thought someone playing sucm would be a bit more tentative, thoguh his switch once special ed was subbed was illogical.
Right now I have the connundrum, at this late stage do I make my vote count? In which case the choice is only Oredigger or ushimi Right now I think the case against Oredigger is stronger, simply from the inconsistency pointed out in his claim.
Well, shit, I don’t want to vote for ushi but since it’ll take two votes to cancel mine if I do and I know I’m town while only suspecting he’s not scum I’m going to have to go the self preservation route.
I was just making the offhand comment, that where it matters [Votes] , I can see improvement in my play, as reflected by others. It was recent memory where nearly everyone in the game wanted to forcibly sub me out. I’ve had games where I’ve dropped numerous F bombs, and ranted on newly minted terms in the Mafia lexicon. I’ve had at least 2 games where I claimed on Day 1.
So. Just saying that yes, I think this is one of my better games, so far.
We’ve played together, I think it’s been quite some time. And next game I’ll have to flip a coin between voting for the opening-bell claim and voting for you.
Back to this game. I really REALLY don’t like Pants popping up close to Dusk and creating a tie. If I recall the tiebreaker rule correctly, that wouldn’t save ushimi. Even so, Oredigger’s self-preservation vote is standard practice. So I consider his vote switch a null tell.
I’m not certain whether I should keep an eye on Oredigger, Pants, or who Tomorrow.
You know, I’m going to catch some heat for this, but I think votes based solely on self-preservation are anti-town. unvote Idle Thoughts vote Oredigger77
Note to ushi, if you switch your vote to Ore, I will switch my vote to you for the same reason.
Yes I was worried this may be the case, however I was aware that it would not have saved ushimi. I thought I can either abstain, make a fluff vote for someone who isn’t in contention or make a vote that whilst not changing the balance could potentially count. I felt I had to do the latter.
Well, I don’t really think Ushimi is scum. I think Oredigger could be and I think the arguments that he is likely scum are good arguments.
I am going to
Unvote ComeToTheDarkSideWeHaveCookies
Vote Oredigger77
Of the trio Pleo, Oredigger, or Cookies, I am not sure who would be my top candidate, but I would rather lynch someone I think has a good chance of being scum than someone I suspect is town.
How do you figure? Unless there is a reason for me to believe that Ushi has a greater value to town then me, which based on his vanilla claim isn’t possible (because even if I was vanilla it would be equal). Why wouldn’t it be better from my perspective, as town, to keep the more likely to be town around?
If anything creating a tie where scum can easily manipulate the situation seems to be a more dubious move.
And now MentalGuy comes in and puts Oredigger on the block, capping the late rally. Valid concern about Oredigger? Or trying to save a teammate? (Which could be masonry in action.)
