Based on those pictures, though…Herc is positively eye-popping, and Tarzan (who I’ve never really cared for in any way) is not hard on the eyes, either.
When I read the thread title, without looking at the list or the pictures I immediately thought, “Robin Hood!” I have confessed to friends that I worry about myself because I think a cartoon fox is sexy. Dunno if it’s the accent or what.
Of the linked images, setting aside that I don’t feel I’m the target audience for them, I will vote for Prince Phillip. Or Kokum. Better review.

Aladdin and the Beast are currently tied for first place. I’d have expected it to be Aladdin by a pretty large margin – I remember seeing a “Making of” special about the movie around the time it was released, and someone at Disney said that one of the goals with the character design for Aladdin was to make sure he wasn’t “another wimp prince”. Also, he’s a human for his entire movie. I’m wondering if those who voted for the Beast think he was hot during his brief scene in human form, or if they liked the Beast look, or if they just thought his personality was sexy.
Aladdin and the Beast are alike in that they are both a lot more significant as characters than most of the earlier Disney romantic heroes. I see there’s little love for the prince from Snow White or Prince Charming in Cinderella, which is unsurprising as neither of them do much aside from being princes. Prince Philip, currently #2 after Aladdin and the Beast, was by far the most active of the early Disney romantic heroes.
I like the Beast look. (Ironically, I wouldn’t find ‘all muscular and hairy’ attractive in a human character, but make him inhuman, and rowr.) And, when he’s not being all rage and smashy, he’s pretty awesome, personality-wise, too. I can’t even remember what he looks like as a human, but I know it’s a very common opinion that he was more attractive as the Beast.
Prince Phillip. Brave, kind, clever, not a snob.
Beast was nice, but his creepy light-spewing toes are a turnoff for me.

Sexed up? More like gayed up… Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but those painting are all WAY too metrosexual to resonate with me. I prefer a more masculine look. Phoebus is probably the most my ‘type’ of the choices. Of course, he’s not exactly a front-tier prince, is he? Tarzan is pretty cute, too, as is John Smith. And I’m watching The Princess and the Frog right now… Prince Naveen is definately quite the cartoon-hottie.

It’s not even close, David Kawena (Lilo & Stitch) has always been my disney crush. Though Kocoum is quite yummy and Milo has that Daniel Jackson thing going for him…
