Several little bars and pubs, shopping center, restaurants, what not. A brewpub thatserves food and I believe might allow minors in the daytime. I go there a lot, though (only a mile from my house), so I’m very open to anything else.

My local motorcycle club meets at Hickory Hollow (101 heights blvd. at washington), good BBQ and there is a bar next door (cosmo’s).
Leo’s mexican rest. was great the last time I was there (several years ago), and it worked for a bunch of people (washington and heights, next door to Rockefeller’s).

Okay, I promise I will try to make this one. My birthday is on the 23rd so it will probably be the closest thing to a party that I get. I turn 23 on Feb 23rd, 2003. Yay me.
Any restaurant is OK as long as there’s a no-smoking option. I don’t really eat much of anything so the choice of food isn’t important to me. I do second the indoors bit and a more central location though. I’m probably closer to unclivny than anyone else here – I do work near the clear lake area.

So it’s Hickory Hollow Restaurant @ 101 Heights Boulevard (713-869-6300) on Saturday, 02/15/03 at 8:00 p.m. After we eat we’ll walk next door to the bar (for those who are so-inclined, though no guarantees on the smoking status in a bar!)…

It is fine (and I am a bit of a tea snob), if you are chicken fried steak inclined try a “Wagon Master” (bring 3 or 5 helpers), it is larger than a large pizza and it is good!.
