I’ve seen precisely two hyperbaric chambers, so my knowledge is hardly canonical. However, the medical chamber I saw was simply a glass tube about 10 feet long and perhaps 4 feet in diameter. The other chamber was at Canada’s DCIEM, and it was a fair-sized room, big enough for several adults to stay in for several hours.
