I agree. I’ve been looking forward to reruns of shows from past seasons on the USA Network.
The patient ‘mirrored’ the ‘alpha’ personality in the room - Having Cuddy and House in the room was to show who was really in charge - since the patient mirrored House - he was the ‘alpha’ - and Foreman said if he did that - he would leave for the job in Boston.
I think that once they narrow it down to the final three that will remain, it will pick up steam again.
See, I’m thinking that there will be no final three and that they’ll end up with the same three Ducklings. If they really do pick 3 new ones, and replace the former regular cast members, I’ll be shocked. Pleased, but shocked.
I thought this was a clever way to reveal more about the new ducklings. For example, 13 was fearful of being mirrored, and when the mirror revealed fear, I thought it wasn’t her fear of a secret being revealed, but rather fear of practicing medicine. As for the job in Boston, [Wilson]There is no job in Boston.[/Wilson]
That was what I thought. So since House lied to Foreman and knew there was no job for him to go to, it was all about proving a point to Cuddy then?
I thought they were going to add the three new ones and retain the three older Ducklings, AKA Cottages.
I don’t know. That’s waaaay too many ducks for me to keep track. And when was the last time a show added three major characters to a show? “Lost” is the only one I can think of, but then they began quickly pruning the cast to a manageable level. Too many ducks = too much bread to fork out.
I really would like to see a change from the doormat and the slut. I’m sick of both of them.
I watched the ep, but somehow missed what this was all about.
Can someone fill me in?
Oh, and might I add: hummina hummina, Cuddy’s hot!
Ahhh thank you. I missed what that was all about.
E3
I’m afraid you’re right, although hope not. If so, can only take one or two more episodes like this one before giving up.
At least I’ve lasted this long, unlike Lost which only kept me watching the first season.
This season officially sucks. It’s no longer about the interesting mystery-disease-of-the-week with a spattering of the interpersonal stuff thrown in, and House ultimately figuring it out because some clinic patient acted as an unknowing catalyst.
Now it’s all about this ridiculous game, and with each passing week I hate each and every newcomer more and more. I dunno, maybe that’s what they were going for; making the audience who had grown weary of the original threesome actually long to have them back again. I wouldn’t necessarily mind if that were the case, but if that’s so, then it’s taking waaaaay too long to get there.
Og, what a boring episode.
Surprise

Grumpy survived!
I would guess that in the end every one gets dropped.
Cottages? The slut?
Oh, I just got “cottages”–baby houses. But that’s really just Foreman, right?
But who’s the slut?
Throughout the show, I kept asking myself why I still watch this shit. I’ll give it one last try next week.
But it’s nice to know that Cuddy appreciates her own tits.
