House 11/6

The CIA wants House to treat one of their agents. No word yet on the fate of the remaining hopefuls, but I thought they’d be paring down to the lucky (?) three by now.

Alan continues to defend the woman who murdered her child’s killer and uses the temporary insanity plea.
I don’t get to watch the tape of this till the next day, so until then, please jump in and continue the party without me.

No way. I don’t want to share the House thread with those Boston Legal people!

:smack: :smack: Well, crap.

Wow! This was a good episode.

Pretty good. Nice to see Michael Michelle again (I remember her from Homicide) and I’m glad she seems to be sticking around. I also like that there were two parallel stories; it allowed for more concentration instead of dragging everything out.

A good ep but I wasn’t thrilled to see Michael Michelle again. I hope she gets beat down and gets her stethoscope took.
(It’s a Homicide:LOTS ref, before anyone gets offended.)

:stuck_out_tongue:

Okay, that was unreasonably stupid. Outrageously stupid. Fantastically, unfathomably, Oliver-Sachs-Can-Write-His-Next-Book-About-It stupid.

Doctor Grumpy poisoned the patient? To generate interest in a bogus polio cure?

Hmm - what’s that smell? Could it be … shark? Best jump over it, just to be safe.

Ahh come on. I thought it was a really fun episode.

For me there were lots of laugh out loud moments. Needed more Cuddy though hummina hummina

Anybody else notice that the “true” POTW was a racecar driving girl whose father bore a resemblance to real life father-of-a-racecar-driving-daughter John Force?

The father of course, was played by…

…oh come on, you all should know it. McFly? McFly? Anyone in there, McFly?

Damn! I knew he looked familiar (beyond the similarity to John Force) but I completely spazzed on that one!

Fun ep. I never figured Bush Clinic Doc would want to stick around in House’s clinic anyway. He wants to be out in the remote, more dangerous areas, so there he goes.

"Lazy ass called in sick again. I could give him a message." :D

"cutthroat bitch" in the cell phone contact list: brilliant.

Did you folks catch the little shout-out to Jeeves and Wooster?

“Who the hell did I leave in charge?”
All: “Foreman.”
“There was a reason for that. Listen to him next time.”

Everything hitting the fan (supposedly) when House left was very cliche. Having the doctor get the patient sick was pretty silly as well.
They didn’t need a new doctor for House to flirt with.

“There’s a position open on my penis” That totally surprised me.

Well I really enjoyed this episode, faults and all. Maybe because it was just So Much Better than last week.

I miss Chase though.

Thought it was a good episode over all - I like that House didn’t change his overall approach/attitude when he was not at his home field.

Only question I have - the CIA patient ended up with ‘Selenium’ poisoning (from the Brazill Nuts) - shouldnt that have shown up on the initial Heavy Metals toxicology?

I thought this was one of the stronger episodes so far this season. Loved the Wilson baiting heroin from Afghanistan thing.

No, what was it?
