House is back tonight with a new episode, but according to my DVR the show starts at 8:07 CDT. Apparently Idol will run long tonight.
We get it at 9pm PST, so I guess that will be 9:07. Thanks for the heads-up!

Huh. I heard something about an extended Idol and couldn’t understand how House could fit in. Glad to hear it’s only seven minutes.

Thanks, I’ll double-check my DVR. It’s pretty good about catching these time shifts.
(However, the thing does seem to intermittently forget that it’s supposed to record a show. I haven’t called the cable company to complain only because I can’t be absolutely sure that my son, who is beginning to fiddle with the DVR more and more often, isn’t accidently un-scheduling things.)

All those catheter scenes made me so glad I’m a girl.
Other than that, meh. I don’t understand the subplot with Cuddy and I don’t see any chemistry between Chase and Cameron, which is strange since the actors are married IRL.
Nice to see Riley still getting work.
The banter between House and Cuddy implied that, at some time in the past, they had done the horizontal tango together. That surprised me. Did I miss a show somewhere along the line, or was this new information, or did I misunderstand entirely?

I thought the whole point of their relationship was that House was teasing her by implying to everyone else they had hooked up, but they never had. Frankly, I hope they never did, it’s a lot funnier that way.
I agree. In fact, I hope they never will. The teasing and flirting is more fun to watch.

Did we ever find out about what was up with the bacterial vaginosis in the guy’s mouth? ::shudder:: Of all the things I’ve failed to avoid seeing on House, this one got the prize for most hurl-worthy. Did he get it from macking on Cuddy at a party?

When she was sitting at the table with chase and had her glasses on… I thought “That’s a fine looking woman” 
I don’t know why, but that shot made her look better, to me, than any other I’ve seen her in.
Hmm… could this be a parallel to the Cameron and Chase scene? They did it but don’t want anyone to know. House teases Cuddy, Cuddy acts like he’s teasing, so they’re telling the truth but in a way nobody believes?
And I had to rewind a couple of times when Cameron smiled and said “But I couldn’t help it.” Then I had to go to my bunk.
