I haven’t heard anyone complaining highly about the April 14th date for the meeting, so with the agreement of the others I would like to go ahead and make that our date.

The Ale House seems to be the #1 choice for places to go right now, but there is nothing that says we can’t continue to look.

alonicist: I am sure one of the other HouDopers could give you a ride, just let us know what part of town you live in and the closest to you can toss you an email and you can work it out! See, I know how these things work. :slight_smile:

Sqrlcub will be in Houston Monday evening-Thursday afternoon for a conference. You guys could possibly entertain him one of those nights if it was this week. But any excuse to get together and drink…

Sadly I work in the evenings when he is not working otherwise I would be happy to take him out for a drink or two. I can suggest some good bars and the like if he wants to email me. :slight_smile:

To the Houston Crew: The 24th is fine, as long as it’s in the evening, preferably after 7:00.

Really, I don’t know if I can make it on the 14th - that would be the 3rd road trip in three weeks for me - not such a good idea when you consider my grades. :slight_smile:
But I will keep checking back with you guys- hopefully circumstances change.
