Can someone please spoil the ending of tonight’s CSI: Miami episode for me? The CBS affiliate here cut away to cover a tornado warning 100 miles away, then just went on to their news without showing the last 10 minutes or so of the show. Thanks!

I do not know how to do spolier tags and am too sleepy to learn right now. So, if you have gotten this far and don’t want to know the outcome of tonight’s episode, stop reading NOW!
They were able to prove the driver of the boat was shot accidently by the other man on the boat, due to “Tunnel Vision”. They showed that he was aiming at the party and as he swung the gun from right-to-left he shot his own driver.
This was proved by the drivers blood being on the shooters shirt and using strings to show the path of the bullets that hit the driver.
Of course, they were in court and the judge had just dismissed the original case, when the other two CSI’s came in with the evidence to charge him with a new crime.
And that little kid that stayed over with Khandi?
He totally pissed the bed.
