A friend has emailed me some pictures to take a look at, but because I use Lotus Notes and he doesn’t, I have received only a C.DTF file.
Does anyone know how to open this file, or get the JPEGs out of it in some way?
Unfortunately, due to problems with his Mac, he can’t resend the pictures.
He is probably sending them as rich text format, and this can give Lotus notes problems. See this Microsoft KB article:

As far as opening it goes, you may want to try Fentun (www.fentun.com). I have heard it can do what you are asking, but I have never used it myself.
