I like the smooth peter pan brand spread evenly and thinly on a saltine cracker with a fresh radish or two for crunch and a Dr. Pepper to wash it down.
Dr Pepper is good, I’ll give you that. I don’t buy a lot of radishes, but now I will. However, I’m not so much a fan of the saltine as I am of the town house.
Also, celery and PB is nice.
With Marshmallow Fluff!
Oh, you need Fluff, Fluff, Fluff
to make a Fluffanutter
Marshmallow Fluff
And lots of peanut butter!
Smooth peanut butter with Raspberry jam on toast. MMMM.
peanut butter rocks!
Only smooth though, I used to eat it plain when I was heavily working out, one small can of it a day. It has soo much damn protein. My favorite is still gotta be the PBJ though (grape jelly.)
punk snot dead,
broccoli!
Skippy Honey Roasted Extra Crunchy is a gift from God himself. Smooth peanut butter is just plain icky.
I like mine as a sandwich on wheat bread (no jelly please), or slopped on top of celery. Mmmmmmm.
I like natural peanut butter without the partially hydrogenated shortening added spread on a nice soft whole wheat bread like Wonder 100% Whole wheat. Then I take a banana and slice it, placing the slices evenly on the peanut butter. Then I take another piece of soft bread and spread a raspberry fruit spread like All-Fruit on it. Put the pieces of bread together and “viola!” a peanut butter, jelly, and banana sandwich.
Start off with a good toasted cinnamon-raisin bagel
Add Skippy PB (creamy or chunky - I don’t discriminate) mixed with honey and wheat germ.
Top off with chocolate chips and put in a toaster oven until the chips start to melt.
Serve with plenty of napkins and a tall glass of moo-juice.
On noodles.
Chinese Sesame noodle- peanut butter (crunchy) sesame oil, soy sauce, vinagar, a little Vietnames chili sauce, over thin pasta. Served cold, with cucumber slices. Mmmmmmm.
That and yer classic PB&J.
Chunky peanut butter over regular unsalted butter on a bagel. The real butter is key - no fake margarine crap - because it makes the peanut butter slide around on the bagel. Mmmmmm…
Skippy Creamy PB (although Jif will do).
PBJs. The jelly doesn’t really matter. Usually grape or strawberry.
With a spoon. Nothing like a spoonful of PB for a quick snack!
On apples. Sweet apples ‘n’ salty PB. Yum.
After a long run, I’ll grab a big spoonful of Skippy and just lick it off.
I lived on peanut butter and banana sandwiches for a long time…mashed together and spread on whole wheat bread. Mmmmmmmmm.
We’re a three peanut butter household. SO prefers Crunchy Skippy. Son prefers Crunchy Jif. I prefer Creamy Jif. ummmmmm
Love it with: apples ummmmmmmmmmmmmm
pb & j, favorite 'j’s include red raspberry and jalepeno ummmmmm
we also like to add it to Co-co wheats ummmmmmmm
SO likes it on saltines with jalepenos or on English muffins.
Son does pb & J (prefers grape or strawberry jelly), and co co wheats. will do an apple with it, but on the latter two he snags my creamy jif instead of his crunchy. (grumble grumble, rotten kid)
Right you are, betenoir! Purely amazing, scrumptious stuff.
Well, that and inside a Reese’s cup.
Veb
On top of Oreo cookies. I swear. This is the tastiest food I’ve ever had in my life, and Oreos aren’t even my favorite kind of cookies. Try this, peanut butter lovers! You won’t be dissappointed.
I don’t… eat peanut butter that is. I got kind of sick of it after eating it for 10 days straight as lunch food with jam on tortillas. We were hiking in the mountains and that’s what we carried. Before that I used to eat lots of peanut butter and jam sandwiches or peanut butter and honey (smooth only). I still love Peanut butter cookies though. That’s the best way to eat it I think…
Extra Crunchy Jif. On white bread, with grape jelly or alone, on a banana, on a spoon, it doesn’t matter!
Like Veb, I like it in a Reese’s Cup. (I just ate 2 of 'em. Yum.)
Kroger’s used to custom crush their own deli brand. That stuff was wonderful.
Barring that, Jif works fine. Crunchy. Strawberry preserves on wheat bread. Don’t like white much, but I’ll eat it.
Oh, and I love Reese’s. Is the stuff in the jar the same stuff? I’ll need an IV if it is.
'Fraid not Reese’s peanut butter is plain peanut butter.
Peanut butter (should be Jif) and Hershey bar or plain M&Ms or banana (banana works well with Hershey bar, too ) on white (Wonder) bread with a nice, tall glass of milk. Yum yum!
