I thought donald dump went totally off his rocker when he said on April 10th:

But, just a few days later, those April 13th donald dump quotes posted by **psychobunny sound really “unhinged”:

Since declaring the national emergency on March 16, Trump has actually done jack shit. Signed nothing, proclaimed nothing, directed nothing. He hasn’t even posed for a picture wearing a fucking mask. The crisis is being managed at the state and local level, for better or worse. He’d love to step in now and declare victory, but he has no authority to make it happen and saying so doesn’t make it so.
By the way: when was the last time he left the White House? It’s undoubtedly the longest stretch of his presidency. He must be going crazy.
