I’ve asked this question before – maybe even in this same thread – but … Who’s responsible for enforcing this violation, and why aren’t they doing it?
I’d start with a fine of $10,000 for each day the seals aren’t removed from the premises, with an extra $100,000 every time one of them appears on a broadcast. And if the club doesn’t pay, shut it down.
