How has the disgraced, CONVICTED FELON, former but once again President Trump pissed you off today? (Part 1)

Why, even the judges that Trump himself put on the bench are in on the conspiracy!

I guess Trump will be blaming The Lizard People next.

Trump’s supporters were ecstatic to hear that he took the fifth today. Guilty people always take the 5th, which Donald said previously. I guess he doesn’t always lie.

And if Himself put them on the bench, then He must be the ringleader! It’s all a conspiracy to make Himself out as the victim, so that He can get the rubes to send Him money!

But look at what he says now (my previous post).

And whatever Trump says tomorrow will be the truth then.

“Not merely the validity of experience, but the very existence of external reality was tacitly denied by their philosophy. The heresy of heresies was common sense.”

“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”

This is true.

In the criminal context, no adverse inference is permitted from a witness’s refusal to testify based on the Fifth Amendment. In federal civil litigation, however, an adverse inference may be “drawn when independent evidence exists of the fact to which the party refuses to answer” — meaning that “an adverse inference can be drawn when silence is countered by independent evidence of the fact being questioned, but that same inference cannot be drawn when, for example, silence is the answer to an allegation contained in a complaint.” Doe ex rel. Rudy-Glanzer v. Glanzer , 232 F.3d 1258, 1264 (9th Cir. 2000)

There’s also this:

As vociferous as Trump has been in defending himself in written statements and on the rally stage, legal experts said answering questions in a deposition was risky because anything he said could potentially be used against him in a parallel criminal investigation by the Manhattan district attorney. The Fifth Amendment protects people from being compelled to be a witness against themselves in a criminal case.

So even though this deposition was on a civil matter, anything he said there could be used in the criminal case.

“Up until I was asked under oath about the criminal activities of me and my cronies, I hadn’t realized why people took the 5th amendment.”

I think Trump himself hit the nail on the head:

“You see the mob takes the Fifth,” he said. “If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?”

Now he knows. If you’re a mob boss, if you are NOT innocent, then you take the Fifth, like he did today. If he had answered questions, it would have revealed his criminal activity. NOW he gets it!

The judge who was appointed by Individual 1.

Clearly he didn’t remember his New Trump Judge Indoctrination Point #1: “Always rule in favor of the President who appointed you, even when he isn’t President anymore.”

They’re ecstatic that he took the fifth, because that’s what the Mob does. The MAGA cult wants the Tangerine Don to act tough, like a Mob boss.

I’m sure his lawyers calulated that what ever blowback may come from taking the Fifth is preferable to letting him testify and exposing him to perjury charges. He is incapable of telling the truth.

Of course, Trump supporters then voted for a criminal ignorant git that finally learned that lesson when he is in his 70’s.

… and want to vote for him again… :man_facepalming: :man_facepalming:t3: :man_facepalming:t4:

I’m truly shocked. I’ve always known he had the right to remain silent. I just didn’t think he had the ability.

“You have the right to remain silent. I wish to God you’d exercise it.”

So…he has very tiny rocks in his head?

Individual 1 is claiming that the FBI planted evidence. That must mean there’s something actually there.

He wasn’t there. How does he know what happened? Silly question! He “knows”. People said sir, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

Geez. The sooner he’s in prison, the better.

That’s been true for at least six years already. I’m getting a wee bit impatient.

A tearful FBI agent came up to him and said “Sir, …”
