How has the disgraced, CONVICTED FELON, former but once again President Trump pissed you off today? (Part 2)

I’ve spoken before on here (and in the very thread) about the debates I have with a friend of mine who happens to be a diehard Trump fan. He excuses EVERYTHING that Trump does.

Until yesterday.

Because, while it’s certainly a governmental overreach, Trump and Pam Bondi have once again started talking about taking guns without due process.

This isn’t the first time that Trump has floated this idea. He did it during his first term, as well.

This time, however, my friend commented the “cold, dead hands” but.

So I’m pissed that Trump is still floating this idea and Democrats keep getting castigated as being the ones who want to ignore the 2nd Amendment.

But it is moving the needle, at least incrementally.

According to the tagline below that video, it took place in 2018. Pam Bondi is listed as the Florida Attorney General.

Y’know, Hitler, Tojo and Mussolini were just too darn grabby!

Of course Donald isn’t known for having insight into himself. But on some level he must really be attracted to the snake (or sometimes scorpion) story.

On some level, he really admires the snake.

Donald may even have believed that he was attracted to the story by its use as a metaphor in discussions of immigration.

But in reality----he really just loves the idea of treacherously biting someone who counts on him for help.

Really, $TRUMP???

How are people buying these going to avoid being called $TRUMPETS?

Remember when Republicans were in a tizzy because Al Gore made fundraising calls on a White House phone?

And when elected, candidates had to put their assets into a blind trust?

I remember when they used to share tax info.

And weren’t convicted felons.

Please let me know if one of his flacks, I mean government lawyers tries to use that photo as evidence in court. I’d dearly love to see the gavel coming down for that stunt.

Oddly enough, it’s not the most obvious and incompetent way possible. After all, 'twas PhotoShopped, not Sharpied.

They’re not fighting for dominance. They’re being celebrated by the administration and its supporters.

I posted that diabolicalness in the clusterfuck continues thread already.

That’s because his is reportedly more of a worm.

Michele Fiore pardoned by Trump after federal fraud conviction

Meet the new swamp, worse than the old swamp.

“Today, I stand before you — not just as a free woman, but as a vindicated soul whose prayers were heard, whose faith held firm, and whose truth could not be buried by injustice,” Fiore said in a text message statement to the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Thursday.

You’re not vindicated. You’re still guilty, and now people know you won’t pay for your crimes. Hopefully you’re treated as the pariah you should be.

Imagine if she gets pulled over and a cop recognizes her. She better move far away from Vegas.

As usual: I’m appalled but not surprised.

Seriously, how can you be appalled by Felon-ONE or anything he does or says? “Appalled” usually connotes some sense of surprise. At this point, we know what a festering sack of turds he is and just about expect him to reach under the bottom, lowering with every step. I do not think it is possible to be traditionally appalled – mostly just disgusted.

I no longer have an opinion of Trump, that was formed and locked years ago. Done ‘Deal’ Donnie boy.

And it’s not an opinion. It’s knowledge of what he is. It’s not an opinion.

I am appalled at the people that won’t throw his ass in prison.

I used to be disgusted.
Now I try to be amused.

Can we trade Santos for Trump?

Not in any definition I’ve ever read. I stand by my post in its entirety.

affected by strong feelings of shock and dismay

“Shock” implies surprise and/or disbelief. Though here:

having strong feelings of shock or disapproval

And that “or” is consistent in other definitions. It can imply shock, but not necessarily. You’re not using it incorrectly.

Trump shows up at the Pope’s funeral in a BLUE suit, even though Vatican guidelines state that men should wear DARK suits. I’m surprised he didn’t show up in a white suit with a tall, pointy hat. :person_facepalming:t4:

Imgur

Quite honestly, he showed up at the Pope’s funeral. How he was dressed is inconsequential considering that he stunk the place up by being at the funeral in the first place.
