How has the disgraced, CONVICTED FELON, former but once again President Trump pissed you off today? (Part 2)

Remember when people used to say he has charisma?

He never did, in my opinion, but everything now sounds like a hostage video.

Yeah, and we’re the poor schlubs being held hostage.

And yet as bad as he is, the people who see him as a strong leader who cares for America are so much worse.

And the slow clap… where’s the slow clap?

Pretty sure Trump earned a purple heart avoiding that.

Oh, oh oh. Audience rises to their feet, STANDING OVATION.

For some of us it’s Stockholm Syndrome in spades.

Horrible press conference.
Desert Dog, hold strong!!

I was thinking of the red hats. They just don’t realize they’re being held hostage. Yet.

“Insufferable windbag” is probably the most polite and family-friendly term ever used in this forum to describe Trump. And absolutely accurate, of course.

Stray Cats did Storm the Embassy, a completely different song that doesn’t suggest turning Iran into a parking lot.

And one of the Beach Boys wore a baseball hat all the time, late in his career, to hide his baldness. OMFG, it all fits together…!

Deep State. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Very deep, man.

Deep purple, man. Unreleased.

This is vague, but right now I’m pissed off that he made it cool to be ignorant. His complete and total lack of intellectual curiosity has infected the entire country, and not just for political things. People are just like, yeah, it’s fine to not give a shit how anything works, and worse, to make big decisions based on zero understanding of anything whatsoever.

Yes, and he has surrounded himself with ignorant, uneducated, anti-intellectual types, too. Education is suspect, and the more educated someone is, the more they are suspect. Colleges are evil. Science is evil. Fire knowledgeable, experienced people from civil service jobs. Let’s bring back stupidity!

I like “execrable” for him.

Duh-bya was intellectually incurious. Trump is actively hostile.

I have an odd fondness for that word. I read The Stranger in HS Lit Class, and the translation was fine, easy reading right up to the very last word (“execration”), which I had never heard/seen before.
