11 PM in NE Alberta and it’s finally down to 27C (80 F)after hitting a high of 33 (92F) today. Expected high of 35 (95 F) tomorrow with a humidex of 42 (107). Thursday is calling for 36 or higher.
24 C (about 75 F) here in Montreal. But there was a report on the radio of 47.9 C (118 F) somewhere in western Canada. The highest temperature ever recorded in Canada.

Holy cow. I’m sorry for everyone out there. It is cooling down here and rain has been predicted. I’m not holding my breath.
I just read that there have been more than 230 deaths in B.C… I feel so sorry for those folks.
It got to 110º here yesterday. I spent a lot of time in a cool bath. Today it only got to about 85, and tomorrow will be cooler yet. Eastern Washington is going to remain in the triple digits at least through Sunday.
