How may official warnings do you have?

I may have had 1 before the system was put in place, I can’t remember at this point.

Four. Plus one that was rescinded when I explained that I hadn’t seen the general “don’t do this” post from the mod in the thread.

I’ve been losing my ability to be diplomatic for several years now…also a bad habit of finding it hard to resist peeking at people I have on Ignore…

I must not have any because I don’t find such a list in my User CP. What heading would it be under?

Once, quite a while back, I got, not a warning, but a mod note of sorts because I hinted that a poster was a troll.

But nope, since 12/23/1999, nada.

It’s right underneath your subscribed threads.

That was kind of fun!! Five infractions are listed…all between 2010 and 2012. Not sure if they are “warnings”…they never expire but I have 0 points.

Two infractions since 2012, no points assigned. Given by Marley23 for personal insults (both in gun threads).

ETA: and I don’t know how many “knock it off” messages.

I have two official warnings, here and here, both within a six-month period, along with any number of warnings that I got before those.

I’ve toned it down quite a bit. I have no doubt that my ire back in the old days was alcohol driven. I’m much more circumspect now.

I’ve been looking through my PMs to try and figure out the actual number. This has led to the awful situation of realizing once again how unfair it all was. Even worse, I can feel the nagging urge to do something about it, which is a fate worse than death.

Well, after a lot of research, I discovered that an Infraction shows up as a red card, while warnings show up as yellow cards. This may only be true in my case, but that is what I see. When it says “warning”, the post has a yellow card attached.

But an infraction shows a red card.

I have exactly one red card.

Anybody else notice this?

If you are one of those few individuals with more than 5 warnings, you can page through them from the infractions tab on your profile, using the page links on the lower right part of the page, just under the infractions list.

For example on your infraction page you have two pages worth, and on the bottom right it says page 1 of 2, and you can click on the 2 to go to the second page, or you can click the down arrow and put in a number on the “go to page” box that comes up.
