Not enough, apparently. Unfortunately, despite the high caffeine levels in soda, the sugar content never fails to put me to sleep.

One 16 oz cup of dripped joe this morning and three 20 oz glasses of unsweetened iced tea. I probably should start to switch some of the tea out for water, but then, I wouldn’t be posting after 4:00 am now, would I?

Looks like 322.5 – two cups of brewed coffee ( I brew it pretty strong, though, so it might be more. That’s def below average for me this late in the workweek!
