None. Never had coffee.
I love coffee, but I can’t drink it. So I have two to four cups of hot tea each day.
Zero.
None - I’m a tea drinker
Effectively half a cup, some of the time. I don’t drink coffee, but I do mix up a mocha on occasion.
I didn’t touch coffee (didn’t “like” it) for the first 28 years of my life.
Then I got an office job, and started getting a coffee every morning. Wtf?
Much like Alessan - always one, sometimes two, occasionally three (for social reasons!) Rarely four; and only if I don’t want to sleep until 4am…
Probably average three or four.
Less than one, but strong.
If I have one it will be a single espresso, maybe a double if I’m in restaurant and had too m
much to drink.
I’m a tea drinker in the main, probably three or four cups a day average.
ZERO! I take a sip of coffee about every 10 yrs to make sure I still don’t like it. I don’t like drinking anything hot. Tea, Cocoa, nothing.
I drink about 2 cups. My cups are 32 ounces though.
About 2/7ths of a cup. I drink two cups a week so as to stay awake during our two weekly morning meetings at work.
Two cups at home, then two or three at work.
I used to drink a 12oz coffee on my way to work and drink about an 8 cup pot of coffee at the office.
I decided to cut back about three months ago as I would get jittery in the afternoon. I now drink one cup of fairly weak coffee per day. I usually wait until I get to work to have it. When I want a hot drink at the office I drink ginger tea or some other herbal tea instead.
I drank a bit of a strong large coffee from I place that I used to get coffee and was surprised by how little it took to get my heart racing.
My total intake of coffee in my lifetime is less than a cup. Vile stuff. I’d rather drink paint thinner.
I have 30 oz. in the morning and another 20 oz in the afternoon. In recent years, I’ve had to cut back from 40 oz each in the morning and afternoon because it started to interfere with my sleep. I’m not sure if that’s because I’m getting older or because I’ve lost weight.
On average, I guess a sip or two a day, because I can go weeks without drinking any coffee at all. When I do, though, no more than two cups in, say, a couple of hours, or I get the shakes.
Up until a week or two ago, two double espressos per morning. But I’m starting to get heartburn again despite taking Prilosec daily, so I’m cutting back gradually and will stop drinking it for awhile to see if caffeine’s the cause. I’m down to a little over one single shot of espresso per day and in about a week I’ll be down to none.
And caffeine was my only remaining vice. Sniff.
One large latte every morning on my way to work. Regular coffee has no effect unless I’m back on muscle relaxants, in which case the caffeine counteracts the drowsiness.
2 espresso. One in the morning, the other in the afternoon at about 3 o’clock.
