It was on for the first few hours after the new board went live, but then got quickly turned off. (I have six hearts.)

The scary thin is, it’s been 247 days since I joined. I’ve read all but 2 days of those 247 days. Say what you might about The Dope, but it’s never boring (except for…). Now you all can go off and try to figure out who … is.

I scrolled to the end of “Lateral Thinking Puzzles” using the scrollbar, and I think it counted all those as “read”. I certainly didn’t consciously view 10,000 posts in the 33 days I’ve been here!

I don’t know about my stats but I’ve noticed just recently people using the term “discourse” interchangeably with “forum”.Any reason for that? I assume that it refers to a platform of some kind but I’m unsure why it has gained that status.

I think it’s because we’re not supposed to use Latin anymore.

I’ve been here 20 years now, almost 10k threads viewed and 100k posts. Jeez.
