Anyway, I understand why it’s done that way, but it always drives me nuts that these sorts of psych tests run on the “excluded middle” fallacy. Because my most accurate answers would fall right in the middle. I’m neither modest nor immodest; I don’t downplay my accomplishments, but I don’t brag about them either. So which should I choose? I never know.

So…it’s because I can lie to people by making up stories and have them believe me, right? I’m most surprised that exploitativeness was that high, and vanity that low…the only reason I didn’t answer with “I get mad when people don’t notice me” is because it doesn’t happen very often. I have a cold and still catch guys staring appreciatively, so it’s not like I need to seek out attention.
I don’t like the pairs that could both be yes answers like “yes, I can easily manipulate people” but “yes, I dislike it when I realize I’m manipulating people” also is true. I only lie to them deliberately, I don’t try to make them do things they don’t want to.
