How often do you get your hair cut?

Once a month for me. As long as the lady who does my hair tells me to stop in once a month I’m happy. It’s good assurance that I am still growing hair and not about to go bald any time soon, unlike some of my friends I met in school (we’re in our 30’s now.)

Last time I cut my hair was somewhere in the range of 6-8 weeks ago. I don’t plan on cutting it again any time soon though. I’d kinda like to grow my hair long… plus I’m too lazy to cut my own hair and too cheap to have someone else do it.

Ideally once every three weeks, but I normally get mine cut once in every 4. I’d love to go bald but I don’t know if I have the head for it

I make cracks about my “annual” haircut, but really I get it cut when it’s long enough for me to notice it and get irritated by it. Say about once every eight to ten months, on average. Get it cut back short, and it doesn’t bother me for a while.

My hair is about a foot and a half long. I trim it myself every 2 months or so, and I go to a professional hair stylist every 6 months or so to get it shaped up.

It’s hard to cut your own hair evenly; I don’t care that much-- I usually wear it up in a twist or pony tail. It’s long enough and wavy enough that if I wear it down and I’ve cut one side a half inch shorter than the other, so what?

Last time was December. There’s no cheap hairdressers near here and paying £16 (about US$24 I think) for definately average haircut hurts! I paid that in Oz and I got a fantastic haircut! I know I’ll never get that here.
I got a voucher for Vidal Sasoon salon and even that hair cut was fairly average. Wasn’t worth the money even with 40% off.
Therefore my hair only gets cut when my mother makes me (and she’s paying…)

I usually get mine cut once a year, right before school starts because I like a big change when I get my hair cut and I’ll get anywhere from 6-8 inches off. However I think I;m going to get my hair chopped next week because I hate blowdrying my hair, especially in summer.

Once school starts in August, I usually don’t get it cut again till April…that way, I have long hair in the winter, and I can put it up in a ponytail when school gets rough and I study all night. It grows to past my shoulders, then in April, I get it cut again, to about chin length, with lots of layers (curlyheads need layers!) and keep it that way by going about every six weeks or so. Then the cycle continues.

Not at all, at least for the past couple years

Every other day, more or less.

3-4 weeks

My hair is about 2 feet long, between mid back and waist long, and I get it trimmed every 6-8 weeks - keeps it healthy and not all broken and scraggly looking.

I get my hair cut every four weeks. Number four on the sides and number five up top.

I get my hair cut/colored about three times a year…and I get two to three inches taken off every time to compensate for the fact that I should get it cut more often.

The haircut costs $30.00

The color (two-tone highlights) costs: $50.00

Total cost with tip: $96.00

I’ve never spent less than $30.00 on a haircut; I rarely spend more than $20 on an article of clothing, however…I’m cheap about makeup, clothing, shoes, etc., but I always splurge on my hair. Go figure.

Once or twice a week.

I usually get a really big haircut about once per year or so. I let it get really long and then get it cut very short (not shaved though, I look ridiculous with my head shaved).

Well, back when I had the mullet …

Anyway. I go in every six weeks like clockwork. I make the appointment for the next time while I’m paying this time.

I cut mine every 2 or 3 weeks. After that, it starts to get out of regs. People won’t directly yell at me until it gets very long, but it’s not a good message to send to my soldiers.

every 2 months i have it trimmed. Every 6 months i have an inch taken off. This for nearly 5 years now.

It’s pretty long, I like it like this.

Once a week - I tend to cut it myself
